不同精粗比全混合颗粒饲粮对育成期准噶尔双峰驼养分表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Different Concentrate to Forage Ratios of Total Mixed Pellet Diets on Nutrient Apparent Digestibility and Serum Biochemical Indexes of Junggar Bactrian Camels in Growing Period

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲喂不同精粗比全混合颗粒饲粮对育成期准噶尔双峰驼养分表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响。选取24峰3岁左右健康、体况相近的育成期准噶尔双峰驼,随机分为3组,每组8峰。4组育成驼分别饲喂精粗比为10∶90、30∶70、50∶50的全混合颗粒饲粮,并分别记为C10组、C30组、C50组。试验共持续21 d,其中预试期14 d,正试期7 d。结果显示:1)育成驼对干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)和总能(GE)的摄入量随饲粮精料比例的提高而增加,其中C10组、 C30组、 C50组DM摄入量分别为3 784.55、4 234.06、4 385.87 g/d。2)C30组、C50组育成驼的DM、OM、CP、EE、GE表观消化率均极显著高于C10组(P<0.01)。3)育成驼血清球蛋白(GLB)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、尿酸(UA)含量与碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性随着饲粮精料比例的提高而升高,而血清尿素氮(UN)含量则随着饲粮精料比例的提高而降低。本试验条件下得出如下结论:1)育成期准噶尔双峰驼的DM摄入量为3.78~4.39 kg/d;2)提高饲粮精料的比例可提高育成期准噶尔双峰驼的DM、OM、CP、EE、GE摄入量和表观消化率;3)建议准噶尔双峰驼育成驼使用精粗比为30∶70的全混合颗粒饲粮。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different concentrate to forage ratioS of total mixed pellet diets on nutrient apparent digestibility and serum biochemical indexes of Junggar Bactrian camels in growing period.Twenty-four 3-year-old Junggar Bactrian camels were randomly divided into 3groups with 8 camels in each group.The growing camels in 4 groups were fed total mixed pellet diets with concentrate to forage ratios of 10∶90(group C10),30∶70(group C30)and 50∶50(group C50),respectively.The experiment lasted for 21 days,including 14 days pre-test period and 7 days experiment period.The results showed as follows:1)the intakes of dry matter(DM),organic matter(OM),crude protein(CP),ether extract(EE)and gross energy(GE)of growing camels were increased with the increase of dietary concentrate proportion.The DM intake of group C10,group C30 and group C50 was 3 784.55,4 234.06 and 4 385.87 g/d,respectively.2)Compared with the group C10,the apparent digestibility of DM,OM,CP,EE and GE of group C30 and group C50 was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01).3)The contents of globulin(GLB),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and uric acid(UA)and the activity of alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in serum of growing camels were increased,while the urea nitrogen(UN)content in serum was decreased with the increase of dietary concentrate proportion.The conclusions are as follows under this experimental condition:1)the DM intake of the Junggar Bactrian camels in growing period is 3.78 to4.39 kg/d;2)the intake and apparent digestibility of DM,OM,CP,EE and GE are increase with the increase of dietary concentrate proportion;3)it is recommended that Junggar Bactrian camels in growing period use the total mixed pellet diet with concentrate to forage ratio of 30∶70.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(11):7262-7271]
