复杂难处理含金物料高效回收技术研究及应用

摘要 针对炭浸及载金炭冶炼过程中产生的炭末、塘泥、废水沉渣等复杂含金物料,利用含金物料自有的铜以及冶炼厂副产的银渣中间产品中的银在熔炼过程中可以捕收金、银原理,进行塔吉克斯坦某含金物料的焙烧—熔炼高效回收金银的技术研究及应用。试验结果表明,含金物料在400~500℃焙烧后,再添加质量分数为2%的银渣、30%的硼砂和1%的萤石,在1500℃高温下进行熔炼,可获得黏度合适的玻璃体渣型,熔炼渣金、银品位分别为3g/t和12g/t左右,金、银直收率99.5%以上。 During the operation of CIL (carbon in cyanide leach) process and the metallurgy processing of gold-loaded carbons,some high gold concentration materials,such as carbon powders,pond mud,and neutralization mud of wastewater were produced,they are complexly and troublesomely to recover the gold.This paper using mechanism of the copper and silver in themself and smelter byproducts of silver slag could capture the gold and silver,carried out the research and application on the roasting-smelting efficient recovery technology for the gold-containing material produced from Tajikistan.The results indicated that,under the conditions of roasting at 400~500 ℃ firstly,then melted at 1500 ℃ with adding 2% of silver slag,30% of borax and 1% of fluorite to obtain vitreous slag type with suitable viscosity.The grade of gold and silver in the final smelted slag were about 3 g/t and 12 g/t respectively,and the direct yield of gold and silver is above 99.5%.
