摘要
本文采用氯化法处理印尼某含金、砷高硫精矿烧渣,可以获得较好的回收效果。结果表明,在润磨时间10 s、CaCl2添加量7%、膨润土添加量2%、氯化温度1250℃、氯化时间2 h的条件下,主要有价金属Au、Ag、Cu的挥发率分别为91.51%、99.73%和98.14%,渣中氯、硫基本挥发完全,铁的挥发损失较小,产品球团铁品位超过62%,强度大于2300 N,可以符合《高炉用酸性铁球团矿》(GB/T 27692—2011)二级标准。
In this paper,the chlorination method was used to treat a slag of a high-sulfur ore concentrate containing gold and arsenic in Indonesia,which can obtain a better recovery effect.The results show that under the conditions of 10 s of grinding time,7%of CaCl2,2%of bentonite,chlorination temperature of 1250℃and chlorination time of 2 h,the volatilization rates of the main valuable metals Au,Ag and Cu were 91.51%,99.73%and 98.14%,respectively,the chlorine and sulfur in the slag were basically completely volatilized,the loss of iron volatilization was small,the product pellet iron grade exceeded 62%,and the strength was greater than 2300 N,which could meet the second level standard of"Acid Iron Pellet for Blast Furnace"(GB/T 27692—2011).
