摘要
目的 探究外周血管支架介入术在糖尿病患者下肢动脉硬化闭塞症合并足坏疽治疗中的价值。方法选取2019年1月—2021年1月德阳市人民医院收治的68例糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症合并足坏疽患者为研究对象。通过分层随机的方式分为两组,每组34例。常规组实施常规疗法,观察组实施外周血管支架介入术。对比两组患者的治疗效果、血管情况与踝肱指数、并发症发生率及血糖水平。结果 观察组患者治疗有效率97.06%高于常规组73.53%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.503,P=0.006);观察组患者血管情况、ABI指数优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率5.88%低于常规组32.35%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.087,P=0.014)。结论 对糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症合并足坏疽患者进行治疗时,外周血管支架介入具有较为良好的治疗效果,可更好地改善患者下肢动脉供血情况,加强对并发症的预防,对患者康复具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the value of peripheral vascular stent intervention in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans complicated with foot gangrene in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 68 diabetic patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans complicated with foot gangrene who were admitted to Deyang People´s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by stratified randomization,with 34 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine therapy,and the observation group was given peripheral vascular stent intervention.The treatment effect,vascular condition,ankle-brachial index,complication rate and blood glucose level were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%higher than that of the routine group 73.53%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.503,P=0.006).The vascular condition and ABI index of the observation group were better than those of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.88%lower than that in the routine group 32.35%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.087,P=0.014).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans complicated with foot gangrene,peripheral vascular stent intervention has a relatively good therapeutic effect,which can better improve the blood supply of the patients´lower limbs,strengthen the prevention of complications,and have important significance for the rehabilitation of patients.
