摘要
目的探讨循经足部反射疗法配合低频脉冲治疗糖尿病下肢病变患者的效果.方法选取该院2019年11月—2020年11月收治的糖尿病下肢病变患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组40例.对照组进行常规治疗联合低频脉冲治疗,试验组进行循经足部反射疗法配合低频脉冲治疗.比较两组踝肱指数(ankle brachial index,ABI)、震动感觉阈值、临床疗效、生活质量.结果治疗后,试验组患者的ABI值(0.96±0.12)%明显高于对照组,震动感觉阈值(15.15±1.15)A明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组的治疗总有效率95.00%明显高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,试验组的健康调查简表评分(87.61±2.05)分明显高于对照组的(83.34±2.16)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论循经足部反射疗法配合低频脉冲治疗糖尿病下肢病变的效果显著,可改善患者的踝肱指数、震动感觉阈值,提高生活质量,值得应用.
Objective To explore the effect of foot reflex therapy along the meridian combined with low-frequency puls-es in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity disease.Methods A selection of 80 patients with diabetic lower extremity disease admitted to the hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were divided into the test group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy combined with low-frequency pulse therapy,and the test group received foot reflex therapy along the meridian com-bined with low-frequency pulse therapy.The ankle brachial index(ABI),shock perception threshold,clinical efficacy,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the ABI value(0.96±0.12)%of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the shock perception threshold(15.15±1.15)A was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effec-tive rate of 95.00%of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group's 77.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the MOS item short from health survey-36 score(87.61±2.05)points of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.34±2.16)points,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The foot reflex therapy along the meridian combined with low-frequency pulses is effective in treating diabetic lower extremity disease.It can improve the patient's ankle brachial index,vibration threshold,and improve the quality of life.It is worthy of application.
