摘要
本文就新时期做好突发性生态环境污染事件应急监测工作、完善生态环境应急监测管理体系、加强区域生态环境应急监测能力建设等方面提出工作思路,确保突发性环境污染事故应急监测能快速响应,发挥环境应急监测的作用。
This paper puts forward some working ideas on standardizing the emergency monitoring work of sudden ecological environmental pollution events,perfecting the management system of ecological environmental emergency monitoring,and strengthening the construction of regional ecological environmental emergency monitoring capacity,etc., to ensure that the emergency monitoring of sudden environmental pollution accidents can respond quickly,and play the role of environmental emergency monitoring.
