柠檬酸对草鱼肠道组织形态的影响

摘要 该试验以草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)为研究对象,探究不同剂量的柠檬酸(Citric acid,2-羟基-均丙三羧酸,C_(6)H_(8)O_(7))对草鱼肠道形态及消化酶活性的影响,并确定柠檬酸在草鱼生产中的最适添加水平。试验选择健康、体况较好、体重无显著性差异的草鱼320尾,随机分成4组,每组80尾草鱼。对照组草鱼饲喂基础饲料,试验1组草鱼饲喂基础饲料+0.2%的柠檬酸,试验2组草鱼饲喂基础饲料+0.4%的柠檬酸,试验3组草鱼饲喂基础饲料+0.6%的柠檬酸。试验周期为60d。试验结束后,采集各组草鱼的肠道,检测肠道形态及消化酶的活性。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验2组和试验3组草鱼肠道淀粉酶活性和蛋白酶活性显著提高(P<0.05)。试验组草鱼肠道绒毛高度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且试验2组和试验3组显著高于试验1组(P<0.05);试验组草鱼肠道肌层厚度均高于对照组(P<0.05),但试验组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。研究表明,在草鱼饲料中添加使用适量的柠檬酸可以提高其消化酶活性,改善肠道形态,0.4%的添加量较为适宜。 This study aimed to explore the effects of different doses of Citric acid on intestinal morphology and digestive enzyme activity of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella),and to determine the optimal supplemental level of citric acid in the production of grass carp.A total of 320 healthy grass carps with good body condition and no significant difference in body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 80 grass carps in each group.Grass carps in control group were fed a basal diet,grass carps in experimental group 1 were fed a basal diet+0.2% citric acid,grass carps in experimental group 2 were fed a basal diet+0.4% citric acid,and grass carps in experimental group 3 were fed a basal diet+0.6% citric acid.The test period was 60 days.At the end of the experiment,the intestinal tract of grass carp in each group was collected to detect the intestinal morphology and digestive enzyme activities.The results showed that compared with the control group,the intestinal amylase activities and protease activities of grass carp in test groups 2 and 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The intestinal villus height in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and test groups 2 and 3 were significantly higher than test group 1(P<0.05);The thickness of intestinal muscularis in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between experimental groups(P>0.05).The results showed that the appropriate amount of citric acid in grass carp diet could improve the activities of digestive enzymes and intestinal morphology,and 0.4% was more suitable.
