摘要
“十四五”规划提出要建设高质量的教育体系,深化教育改革,为此高校思政课教师队伍建设不应落后。从当前高校思政课教师队伍建设现状来看,仍存在一些的问题。诸如队伍发展不均衡,缺乏严格的建设与管理机制等,这些问题必将是高校思政课教师队伍高质量建设的阻碍。结合这些问题,本文提出应加强对高校思政课教师队伍建设的重视与投入,制定高标准的准入、培训、考评激励机制,提高教师综合水平等,以此推动高校思政课教师队伍高质量建设,为实现全面建成小康社会,推进社会主义现代化国家建设贡献力量。
China’s 14th Five-year Plan puts forward to build high-quality education system and deepen education reform,therefore the team construction of teachers of ideological and political education should be strengthened.There are some problems in the team construction of teachers of ideological and political education,such as unlevel of the development,the lack of strict management mechanism,which hinder the team construction of teachers of ideological and political education.This paper advances that we should pay attention to the team construction,establish the admittance,training and evaluation mechanism with high standard,and improve teachers’comprehensive level to promote the team construction of teachers of ideological and political education,so as to fully realize well-off society and contribute to the development of social modernization.
