摘要
目的:研制一种具有自反馈闭环温控能力的术中保温系统,解决低温环境下术中救治过程中保温装备温度自适应精准控制问题。方法:该系统以STM32单片机为控制核心,通过比例-积分-微分(proportion-integration-differen-tiation,PID)调节算法实现温度实时反馈,由高效加热驱动模块和充气保温囊体组成。其中,高效加热驱动模块主要由主控模块、加热风机驱动模块、多点测温预警模块、高精度温度测量控制反馈模块、暖风输出模块等部分构成。充气保温囊体由2层无纺聚丙烯织布和1层聚乙烯制成,包括全身升温盖毯、上体升温盖毯、下体升温盖毯和腹部手术型全身升温盖毯4种型号。以环境温湿度计测量的温度数据作为参考,测试非加热条件下该系统体温监测结果的准确性,以及加热条件下充气保温囊体内实际温度相比设定温度的准确性。结果:经测试,该系统运行良好、性能稳定,体温监测误差≤±1℃,充气保温囊体内温度与设定温度误差≤±2℃,可按预设参数对充气保温囊体进行升温加热及精准温控。结论:该系统温控精度高,可以满足术中保温需求,能为寒区低温等特殊环境下术中保温提供高质量的装备支撑。
Objective To design and develop an intraoperative warming system with automatic feedback closed-loop control capability to solve the problem in precise temperature adaptive control of thermal insulation equipment during intraoperative treatment in low-temperature environment.Methods The system used STM32 microcontroller as the control core,and realized real-time temperature feedback through the proportion-integration-differentiation(PID)regulation algorithm.It was composed of a high efficiency warming drive module and an inflatable thermal insulation capsule.The high efficiency warming drive module was made up of a main control module,a warming fan drive module,a multi-point temperature warning module,a high precision temperature measurement control feedback module,warm air output module and so on.The inflatable thermal insulation capsule was made of two layers of non-woven polypropylene fabric and one layer of polyethylene,including four models of full-body warming blanket,upper body warming blanket,lower body warming blanket and full-body warming blanket for abdominal surgery.The temperature data measured by the ambient thermometer were used as a reference to test the accuracy of the system's body temperature monitoring results under non-warming conditions and that of the actual temperature inside the insulation capsule compared to the set temperature under warming conditions.Results The test results showed the system gained high perforances and stability and could be used for warming and precision temperature of the insulation capsule according to preset parameters,with the error not higher than±1℃for body temperature monitoring and not higher than±2℃between the temperature inside the capsule and preset temperature.Conclusion The system developed has high precision of temperature control and meets the demand of intraoperative insulation,which provides high-quality equipment support for intraoperative insulation in special environments such as cold regions.
