摘要
[目的/意义]短视频场景化服务模式创新离不开服务要素集成和场景化情境适配交互作用的发挥,其中,服务要素集成形成服务功效,而情境适配变现场景流量。然而,服务要素集成和场景化情境适配如何交互作用于短视频服务模式创新机理尚不明确,创新路径亦不清晰,难以指导实践。[方法/过程]本文分别从短视频服务模式要素集成(I)形成产品功能和场景化情境配置适配(@)形成服务效用的双路径视角,构建了短视频场景化服务模式的PSCE@I反馈调节模型,提炼了短视频“服务模式要素集成(产品功能)—流量变现(服务体验)—场景化情境适配(服务效用)”的场景化服务模式创新路径。[结果/结论]结果表明,短视频场景化服务模式创新是通过场景解构现有服务模式,将场景要素融入解构后的服务模式要素之中,通过场景化情境配置实现商业模式创新。
[Purpose/Significance]The innovation of short video scenario service mode is inseparable from the inter⁃action between service element integration and scenario adaptation,in which service element integration forms service effi⁃cacy,and scenario adaptation realizes value creation.However,how service element integration and situational adaptation interact with the innovation mechanism of short video service mode is not clear,and the innovation path is not clear,which is difficult to guide practice.[Method/Process]From the dual path perspective of short video service mode element inte⁃gration(I)forming product function and scenario configuration adaptation(@)forming service utility,this paper con⁃structed the framework of short video scenario service mode PSCE@I,refined the scenario service mode innovation path of short video“service mode element integration(product function)-traffic realization(service experience)-scenario scenar⁃io adaptation(service utility)”.[Result/Conclusion]The results show that the short video scenario service model inno⁃vation is to deconstruct the existing service model through the scene,integrate the scenario elements into the deconstructed service model elements,and realize the business model innovation through the scenario contextual configuration.
