摘要
在编制高海拔地区水利工程概预算文件时,针对环境对于施工机械效率的影响,一般根据不同海拔高程乘以相应定额调整系数的方法加以考虑。为分析油动及电动机械受高海拔环境的影响,从两种动力机械的工作原理出发,结合西藏拉洛水利枢纽工程概算编制及实施情况,确定了合理的高程系数。结果表明:电动机械比油动机械受高原环境的影响小,适当降低电动机械的高程系数是合适的。通过研究高海拔环境对不同种类施工机械的影响,可为细分不同机械定额高程调整系数提供参考。
In the hydraulic construction cost complication, for taking the mechanical efficiency of contractor’s equipment in different environment into account, a quota adjustment coefficient under different altitude will be applied.In order to analyze the altitude impact of diesel and electric machinery, combining the construction cost and the actual implementation of Laluo Hydro Project in Tibet, the suitability of the adjustment coefficient is confirmed based on the working principle of two kinds of construction machinery.The results showed that the influence of plateau environment on electric machinery is less then diesel, the appropriate reduction of altitude coefficient is reasonable.The research on the influence of high altitude environment on different power machinery can provide certain reference to distinguish the altitude adjustment coefficient of different power contraction equipment.
