摘要 为了改善传统教学中学生知识点零散、理论知识点与实际需要技能点的脱环、学生对于工程造价岗位认知不明确的现状,将BIM技术与《建筑工程概预算》课程研究学生实用技能培养,在教学内容、教学方法、教学成果考核三方面进行调整。课程改革成果为:教学内容以三个技能点为培养目标,分别为BIM工程算量技能、BIM工程计价技能、工程概预算实战技能;教学方法以BIM技术为核心的三维、漫游、可视化教学方法为主;课程教学成果根据学情进行动态调整,加入比赛考核、阶段性成果考核。通过课程改革,学生的学习热情明显高涨,班级的学习氛围更加浓郁,班级学生独立完成施工图纸概预算文件的编制由之前的17%提高到50%,取得了一定的效果。 In order to improve the fragmentation of knowledge points in traditional teaching,the disconnection of theoretical knowledge points and practical skill points,and the unclear status of students’understanding of engineering cost positions,BIM technology and the Construction Engineering Budget course study students practical skills training,adjustments are made in three aspects:teaching content,teaching methods,and assessment of teaching achievements.The results of the curriculum reform are:the teaching content takes three skill points as the training objectives,namely BIM engineering calculation skills,BIM engineering valuation skills,and engineering budget actual combat skills,teaching methods are three-dimensional,roaming,and visual teaching methods with BIM technology as the core mainly,course teaching achievements are dynamically adjusted according to academic conditions,and competition assessment and staged achievement assessment are added.Through the curriculum reform,the students’enthusiasm for learning has increased significantly,and the learning atmosphere of the class has become more intense.The preparation of the construction budget budget documents for class students has been increased from 17%to 50%,and certain results have been achieved.
