摘要
利用随机前沿引力模型,测算和分析了中国与中东欧国家的乳制品进口贸易效率及其影响因素,并进一步预测进口贸易潜力。研究结果表明:中国与中东欧国家的乳制品进口贸易效率总体水平较低,但呈现上升态势,进口贸易潜力较大。清关效率、物流基础设施质量、货币自由度、金融自由度、文化距离、乳制品产值和原料奶价格均显著影响进口贸易效率。为进一步提升与中东欧国家的乳制品进口贸易效率,建议应简化清关程序、强化物流基础设施建设、推进人民币国际化进程、实施多元化文化交流战略、加强对中东欧国家的乳业发展援助。
By using the stochastic frontier gravity model,this paper calculates the dairy import trade efficiency,analyzes its influencing factors between China and Central and Eastern European countries(CEEC)and further predicts the import trade potential.The results show that the overall level of dairy import trade efficiency between China and CEEC is low,but it shows an upward trend,and the import trade potential is large.Customs clearance efficiency,logistics infrastructure quality,monetary freedom,financial freedom,cultural distance,dairy output value and raw milk price index all significantly affect the efficiency of import trade.In order to further improve the efficiency of dairy import trade with CEEC,the article suggests simplifying customs clearance procedures,strengthening logistics infrastructure construction,promoting the internationalization of RMB,implementing diversified cultural exchange strategy,and strengthening dairy development assistance to CEEC.
