摘要
伴随着乳制品在中国居民消费生活中的重要性提升,对乳制品的消费需求与日俱增。中国乳制品进口贸易存在总量和贸易逆差均在不断扩大且进口市场较为集中等特点。通过分析中国乳制品进口贸易的现状以及乳制品进口贸易的主要特征,结合中国乳制品进口政策中存在的主要问题,提出了建立并完善乳业的自我保护机制、加大政策扶持力度、合理调整关税、优化进口产品结构、促进进口市场多元化、缓解进口风险以及优化贸易环境等相关政策优化建议。
With the increasing importance of dairy products in the consumption of Chinese residents,the consumption demand is increasing day by day. China’s dairy import trade is characteristized by expanding total volume,trade deficit and relatively concentrated import market. Based on the analysis of the present situation of China’s dairy import trade and its main characteristics,and taking the main problems existing in China’s dairy import policy into consideration,this paper puts forward to establish and improve the selfprotection mechanism of dairy industry,increase policy support,rationally adjust tariffs,optimize the structure of imported products and promote the diversification of the import market. Mitigation of import risks and optimization of trade environment are also suggested.
