摘要
铁路引入枢纽线路和站场改建方案对工程经济性、合理性、路网布局及城市经济发展具有重大影响。为合理确定新建铁路引入复杂铁路枢纽方案,以潍烟铁路引入潍坊枢纽线路及站场改建方案为例,在城市发展规划、运量预测的基础上,采用层次分析法并结合区域铁路网格局预测,对工程经济性、运营安全性、路网通达性、工程实施难易程度等指标进行详细分析、比选。比选结果表明:潍烟铁路自昌邑南站引入潍坊枢纽并在其站内潍坊端增设到发线方案,既可保证潍烟铁路引入昌邑南站后运输组织的灵活性,又可减少对昌邑南站已建工程的改建,避免影响潍莱铁路正常开通,为烟台、威海地区强化对外客运通道、完善综合交通运输体系奠定基础。
The line and station reconstruction scheme of railway introducting into hub has great influence on engineering economy, rationality, railway network layout and urban economic development. In order to reasonably determine the scheme of newly built railway introducing into complex railway hubs, taking the line and station reconstruction scheme of the Weifang-Yantai railway introducing into the Weifang railway hub as an example, on the basis of urban development planning and traffic volume prediction, by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and combining with the regional railway network pattern prediction, this paper analyses and compares the project economy, operation safety, railway network accessibility, project implementation difficulty and so on. The results of comparison and selection show that the transportation organization flexibility can be ensured by introducing Weifang-Yantai railway into the Weifang hub at Changyi south station and adding arrival and departure tracks at the Weifang end of Changyi south station. It can also reduce the reconstruction of the completed Changyi south station, avoid affecting the normal opening of the Weifang-Laixi railway, and lay a foundation for strengthening the external passenger transport passage and improving the comprehensive transport system in Weihai Yantai.
