摘要
“海巡1630”航标船以往采用通过吊杆起吊浮标之后抛标的模式完成浮标抛设工作,在高海况下,由于船体剧烈横摇会对甲板作业人员的安全产生很大威胁,这种作业模式存在很大安全风险。为满足高海况条件下的安全抛设浮标需求,提高抛标作业效率,根据“海巡1630”航标船的现状,对抛标作业模式和要求进行深入分析,对抛标作业流程进行改进,设计一种不起吊抛标作业装置。通过使用该装置,“海巡1630”航标船的抛标作业效率得到大幅提升,安全作业水平和作业能力也有所提高。该装置能实现机械设备动力抛设浮标,不需要人员现场辅助操作,可在行业内推广使用。
The traditional navigation mark setting operation of the navigation mark ship Hai Xun 1630 is to use the boom to lift the buoy and then proceeds the mark tossing work. However, this operation mode poses a great threat to the safety of deck operators due to the violent hull rolling in high sea conditions, which may lead to the failure of the mark tossing work. In order to meet the requirements of safe buoy throwing under high sea conditions, and improve the efficiency of the throwing operation, the working mode and requirements of the tossing work are carefully analyzed according to the current situation of Hai Xun 1630. The throwing operation process is improved, and a throwing operation device that does not need to be hoisted is designed. The new mark operation device greatly improves the operation efficiency, safety level and working capacity of the Hai Xun 1630. Besides, the buoy throwing operation by mechanical device can reduce the auxiliary personnel on-site, so it is worthful to be promoted in the industry.
