糖尿病足检查中将经皮氧分压仪检查方法进行应用的临床效果

摘要 目的:分析糖尿病足患者检查治疗中应用经皮氧分压仪的临床增益效果。方法:选取2020年1月~2022年1月本院收治糖尿病足患者56例进行研究,分为两组,每组28例,对照组常规检查监测,实验组增用经皮氧分压仪,通过对照两组患者各临床参数分析该仪器应用效果。结果:对照组患者治疗前平均溃疡面积为(7.2±2.7)cm^(2),实验组患者治疗前平均溃疡面积为(7.6±2.8)cm^(2),对照组患者治疗后平均溃疡面积为(5.5±1.2)cm^(2),实验组则为(1.5±0.3)cm^(2),治疗前两组数据无明显组间差异,治疗后两组数据组间差异显著,P<0.05。对照组患者溃疡创面愈合时间为(35.6±3.7)d,实验组为(23.7±2.2)d,数据组间差异显著,P<0.05。实验组均优于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义,P<0.05。实验组治疗有效率更高,P<0.05。结论:使用经皮氧分压仪能够更好地监测患者病情状况,具有较高临床应用价值。 Objective:To analyze the clinical gain effect of transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure(TPPO)instrument in the treatment of patients with diabetic foot.Methods:A total of 56 patients with diabetic foot from January 2020 to January 2022 were divided into two groups,28 cases in each group,the clinical parameters of the two groups were compared to analyze the effect of the instrument.Results:The average ulcer area of the patients in the control group before treatment was(7.2±2.7)cm^(2),the average ulcer area of the patients in the experimental group before treatment was(7.6±2.8)cm^(2),the average ulcer area of the patients in the control group after treatment was(5.5±1.2)cm^(2),and the average ulcer area of the patients in the experimental group was(1.5±0.3)cm^(2).There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment,but there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment,P<0.05.The healing time of ulcer wound in the control group was(35.6±3.7)days,while that in the experimental group was(23.7±2.2)days.There was a significant difference between the data groups(P<0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Moreover,the effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of percutaneous oxygen partial pressure instrument can better monitor the patient’s condition,with high clinical application value.
