摘要
基于我国2011-2020年30个省(区、市)面板数据,利用GMM方法研究数字经济发展对教育公平的影响及其机制,发现:我国数字经济发展水平由东部→西部→中部依次降低;东部和中部地区的教育公平程度相近,西部地区呈现出较大的教育不平等;数字经济发展能够有效促进我国的教育公平,收入再分配效应和市场化效应是关键的作用机制。数字经济发展对教育公平的积极作用在中西部地区和教育公平程度较低的地区中更明显,呈现出边际效应递减的特征。未来,我国要打造数字经济创新人才集聚高地,加快关键数字技术突破;利用数字经济的积极效应,推进区域教育水平协调发展;发挥市场化效应,提升农村居民创业活跃度,缩小城乡差距。
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China from 2011 to 2020,this paper uses GMM method to study the impact of digital economy development on education equity and its mechanism.It is found that the development level of China’s digital economy decreases from the east to the west to the middle;The degree of education equity in the east and the central region is similar,while the western region shows greater inequality in education;The development of digital economy can effectively promote the education equity in China,and the income redistribution effect and marketization effect are the key mechanisms.The positive effect of digital economy development on education equity is more obvious in the central and western regions and regions with lower education equity,showing the characteristics of diminishing marginal effect.In the future,China should build a highland for gathering innovative talents in the digital economy and accelerate breakthroughs in key digital technologies;use the positive effect of digital economy to promote the coordinated development level of regional education;give play to the market effect,improve the entrepreneurial activity of rural residents,and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.
