摘要
以某往复压缩机四级排气管路系统为研究对象,从压缩机管路系统的角度分析气流脉动对管路系统振动的影响,根据API 618标准规定的第三种近似方法,基于平面波动理论和振动理论,采用转移矩阵法进行气流脉动声学模拟和机械振动分析。通过对气缸口、缓冲罐气口等优化设计,有效解决压缩机气柱和管路的共振问题,实现在设计阶段有效控制压缩机系统振动的目标。
This paper researches on the four-stage exhaust pipeline system of a reciprocating compressor from the perspective of the compressor pipeline system,and analyzes the impact of airflow pulsation on vibration of the pipeline system.On the basis of the third approximation method specified in API 618 standard,plane wave theory and vibration theory,the acoustic simulation of airflow pulse and mechanical vibration analysis are taken out by using transfer matrix method.By optimizing the design of the port of the pneumatic cylinder and the air port of the buffer tank,the resonance problem of the air column and pipeline of the compressor is effectively solved,and the aim of effectively control the vibration of the compressor system during design stage is realized.
