摘要
目的:探讨四逆散合四君子汤加减辅助治疗风痰恋肺证上气道咳嗽综合征(upper airway cough syndrome,UACS)患儿的效果。方法:选取惠州市中医医院2020年9月-2021年7月收治的60例风痰恋肺证UACS患儿。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组给予盐酸西替利嗪片,观察组在对照组基础上给予四逆散合四君子汤加减治疗。观察两组症状改善情况,治疗前、治疗2周后炎症因子水平及免疫功能。结果:治疗期间,观察组咳嗽咳痰缓解时间、鼻塞流涕缓解时间、咽喉壁分泌物减少时间、咽痒缓解时间均早于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)均高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四逆散合四君子汤加减辅助治疗风痰恋肺证上气道咳嗽综合征可改善患儿免疫功能,控制炎症反应,快速缓解临床症状。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Sini Powder and Sijunzi Decoction addition and subtraction in the adjuvant therapy of children with upper airway cough syndrome(UACS)of wind and phlegm adhering lung syndrome.Method:A total of 60 children with UACS of wind and phlegm adhering lung syndrome admitted to Huizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to July 2021 were selected.They were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets,and the observation group was given Sini Powder and Sijunzi Decoction addition and subtraction treatment on the basis of the control group.The improvement condition of symptoms,the levels of inflammatory factors and immune function before and after 2 weeks of treatment between the two groups were observed.Result:During the treatment period,the remission time of cough and expectoration,nasal congestion and runny nose,secretion reduction time of throat wall and nasal itch remission time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,CD3and CD4in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The adjuvant therapy of Sini Powder and Sijunzi Decoction addition and subtraction can improve the immune function of children with upper airway cough syndrome of wind and phlegm adhering lung,control the inflammatory reaction and quickly relieve the clinical symptoms.
