沿海滩涂地枸杞生长特性及其对土壤理化性质的影响 被引量:1

Growth Characteristics of Lycium chinense and Its Effects on Soil Physicochemical Properties in Coastal Mudflats

摘要 为了改良和利用滩涂土壤,在前期试验的基础上选择含盐量为0.9~1.9(S1)、2.8~3.8(S2)和4.4~5.8(S3)g/kg的滩涂盐碱地进行枸杞种植试验,分析了滩涂枸杞生长和品质特性及其对土壤理化性质的影响。结果表明:S2处理的枸杞产量最高,比S1处理的增加了10.2%,其生长指标(株高、冠幅)和果实品质(维生素C、多糖的含量)皆显著优于S1和S3处理,表明适度盐分可以促进枸杞的生长发育和营养物质积累;随着栽培枸杞生育期的延长,土壤盐分逐渐下降,土壤养分含量显著增加,枸杞种植120 d后S2处理的土壤碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量分别比未种植枸杞时增加了14.4%、24.8%和10.7%。综上所述,沿海滩涂种植枸杞能提高枸杞果实产量和品质,还可以改善滩涂土壤理化性质,有助于对滩涂进行生态修复作用并为农民带来经济效益,以土壤盐分为2.8~3.8 g/kg的盐渍土壤种植效果最佳。 Aiming at the improvement and utilization of coastal mudflats,a cultivation experiment of Lycium chinense in succession to our previous experiment was selectively conducted in the coastal mudflats of three salt levels,S1(0.9-1.9 g/kg),S2(2.8-3.8 g/kg)and S3(4.4-5.8 g/kg).The growth and development and fruit nutrient changes of Lycium chinense,and its effects on soil physicochemical properties were studied.The results show that:(1)The yield of Lycium chinense grown under S2 was the highest,increased by 10.2%compared with S1,and its growth indicators(plant height,canopy)and fruit nutrient contents(vitamin C,polysaccharide)were significantly better than those of S1 and S3;this indicates that moderate salinity can promote the growth,development and nutrient accumulation of Lycium chinense.(2)With the extension of the growth period of cultivated Lycium chinense,the soil salinity gradually decreased,and the soil nutrient content increased significantly;after 120 days of Lycium chinense growing,the contents of soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium under the S2 salinity level increased by 14.4%,24.8%and 10.7%,respectively than those without Lycium chinense growing.It is concluded that planting Lycium chinense in coastal mudflats can not only improve the physicochemical properties of soil,but also increase the yield and quality of Lycium chinense fruit,bringing ecological restoration and economic benefits to the local area.A soil salinity range of 2.8-3.8 g/kg is the optimal for Lycium chinense growing.
