摘要
目的探究半夏泻心汤加减治疗胃脘痛的临床效果。方法以2015年9月—2020年12月抚州市东乡区人民医院收治的60例胃脘痛患者作为研究对象;采用抽签法将其分为对照组及观察组,每组30例。观察组与对照组分别实施常规治疗、半夏泻心汤加减治疗,观察2组的临床疗效、症状缓解时间、症状消失时间和中医证候积分。结果观察组临床总有效率为96.67%(29/30)高于对照组的70.00%(21/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组症状缓解时间和症状消失时间均短于观对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各中医证候评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤加减治疗胃脘痛,可改善中医证候,在短时间内缓解临床症状,并加强整体治疗效果,值得推荐。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of epigastric pain.Methods A total of 60 patients with epigastric pain admitted to Dongxiang District People’s Hospital from September 2015 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by lottery,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group and the control group were treated with conventional treatment and modified Banxia Xiexin decoction.The clinical effect,symptom relief time,symptom disappearance time and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(TCM)score of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 70.00%(21/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom relief time and symptom disappearance time of the observation group were shorter than those of the observation control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each TCM syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of epigastric pain can improve TCM syndrome,relieve the clinical symptoms in a short time,and enhance the overall therapeutic effect,which is worthy of recommendation.
