摘要
目的:探讨蜡疗联合血府逐瘀汤加减对下肢血栓性静脉炎的疗效。方法:选择2019年4月~2021年4月就诊的90例下肢血栓性静脉炎患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组予常规治疗,观察组予以蜡疗联合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗,观察两组疗效。结果:(1)治疗后观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)治疗后观察组髌骨上下缘10.0cm处周径差值治疗组较对照组改善明显(P<0.05);(3)治疗后观察组hs-CRP、IL-6及TNF-α含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(4)观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蜡疗联合血府逐瘀汤加减能有效减轻下肢血栓性静脉炎患者疼痛症状,减轻肿胀,提高临床疗效,其机制可能与该方案能够调控炎性因子水平、降低炎症反应有关,值得推广运用。
Objective:To explore the effect of wax therapy combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on thrombophlebitis for lower limbs.Methods:90 patients with lower extremity thrombophlebitis from April 2019 to April 2021 were randomly divided into a controlled group and an observation group.The controlled group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with wax therapy combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.The curative effects of the two groups were observed.Results:(1)Compared with the controlled group,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group after treatment(P<0.05);(2)After treatment,the peripheral diameter difference of 10.0 cm at the upper and lower edge of patella in the observation group was significantly improved compared with that in the controlled group(P<0.05);(3)After treatment,hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05);(4)Compared with the controlled group,the comprehensive effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wax therapy combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can effectively reduce the pain symptoms,reduce swelling and improve the clinical efficacy of patients with lower extremity thrombophlebitis.The mechanism may be related to the fact that the scheme can regulate the level of inflammatory factors and reduce the inflammatory response,which is worthy of popularization and application.
