摘要
目的了解衢州地区手足口病(HFMD)流行现状及病原学特征,为该地区HFMD防控提供依据。方法采用实时荧光逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(real-time RT-PCR)方法对2016年—2021年采集的衢州地区手足口病监测样本进行手足口病相关肠道病毒核酸检测,并采用χ^(2)检验进行病原学流行特征分析。结果2016年—2021年共采集手足口病样本2294份,检出阳性1658份,阳性率为72.28%;其中以CA6和CA16为主,分别占48.31%和26.06%。衢江区阳性率最高(89.79%),龙游县最低(51.52%)。在病例收集期间,衢州地区手足口病发病于夏秋季较多。在手足口患儿中,男性阳性检出高于女性,散居儿童发病人数最高。结论衢州地区HFMD流行呈现明显的季节性、地域性和人群分布特征,且存在病原体交替流行,提示应继续加强监测力度,尤其是加强对重点人群的防控力度。
Objective To understand the etiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)in Quzhou,so as to provide basis for prevention and control of HFMD.Methods The samples were collected from surveillance sites in Quzhou for the nucleic acid detection of HFMD related enterovirus by real-time fluorescent reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(real-time RT-PCR)during 2016—2021,and the results were used for statistical analysis byχ^(2)test.Results A total of 2294 samples were collected from 2016 to 2021,of which 1658 were positive samples(72.28%).The subtype identification showed that CA6 and CA16 were main subtypes,the positive rate were 48.31%and 26.06%,respectively.The positive rate in Qujiang District was the highest(89.79%),and the lowest in Longyou County(51.52%).HFMD approximately emerged from summer to autumn.The reported incidence for males was higher than females,with the greatest in scattered children.Conclusion There were obvious seasonal,regional and population characteristics of HFMD in Quzhou City.There was an alternate epidemic of pathogens,suggesting that surveillance should be strengthened,especially for key populations.
