摘要
本文对超低能耗建筑规模化发展现状进行总结,梳理在“双碳”背景下国家和地方关于超低能耗建筑的发展目标和政策措施,分析发展超低能耗建筑的重要意义,指出当前在示范规模、建设成本、支持政策、产业发展等方面存在的主要障碍,并提出推进超低能耗建筑规模化发展的对策建议。本研究旨在为健全超低能耗建筑规模化发展的保障体系提供参考。
The current situation of the large-scale development of ultra-low energy buildings was summarized in the paper,and the development goals and policy measures of the ultra-low energy building under the background of“Carbon Peaking”&“Carbon Neutrality”were also collected.After the analysis on the significance of the development of ultra-low energy buildings,the obstacles of demonstration scale,construction cost,support policy and industry development were identified,and then the suggestions were put forward for the large-scale development of ultra-low energy buildings according to local conditions.This study aims to provide references for the improvement of the safeguard measures for the large-scale development of ultra-low energy buildings.
