研究生“导学思政”建设的价值意蕴与实践路向 被引量:7

Strengthening Ideological and Political Education for Postgraduates Through Supervisor-Student Interaction:Value and Pathway

摘要 推进“导学思政”建设是提升研究生思想政治教育质量、落实高校“三全育人”综合改革以及遵循研究生人才培养规律的必然选择。本文针对目前存在的导师育人职责不清、导学关系功利化、育人主体多向互动不足等问题,从实践角度提出“导学思政”建设的三个维度、在全员育人上下功夫,形成导学思政协同机制、在全过程育人上下功夫,构建导学思政闭环体系、在全方位育人上下功夫,拓展导学思政系统空间。 Strengthening ideological and political education for postgraduates through supervisor-student interaction is an inevitable choice for colleges and universities in improving the quality of postgraduates’ ideological and political education,implementing“Three Alls”education and following the law of talent cultivation. However,some postgraduate supervisors are not very clear about their responsibilities. Supervisorstudent relationships often become utility-oriented and there is often a lack of multi-directional interaction.To solve these problems and strengthen ideological and political education for postgraduates through supervisor-student interaction,colleges and universities need to make great endeavors to create a coordination mechanism with all instructors involved,to establish a closed-loop system with the entire process covered and to expand the ideological and political education space with all-round effort.
