摘要
针对传统工业生产现场环境数据采用人工采集和纸质记录而存在的效率低下问题,设计一种基于MQTT协议和ESP8266 Wi-Fi模块的工业生产现场环境监测系统。该系统数据采集终端以STM32F750VBT6作为主控芯片,外扩DHT11温湿度传感器、BH1750光照传感器等感知元件来获取工业生产现场环境参数,并通过ESP8266 Wi-Fi模块与阿里云IoT平台对接,由阿里云IoT平台对工业生产现场环境数据进行存储、处理、分析及监测。客户端可通过Web端应用软件和手机端App对工业生产现场环境数据进行远程监测、对现场执行机构进行控制。经测试验证,该系统具有运行稳定、可靠性高、成本低、易扩展和维护等特点。
According to the low efficiency of manual acquisition and paper recording of traditional industrial production site environmental data, an industrial production site environmental monitoring system based on MQTT protocol and ESP8266 Wi-Fi module is designed in this paper. The data acquisition terminal of this system takes STM32F750VBT6 as the main control chip, and expands DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor, BH1750 light sensor and other sensing elements to obtain industrial production site environmental parameters, and connects with Ali Cloud IoT platform through ESP8266 Wi-Fi module to store, process, analyze and monitor the environmental data of industrial production site by AliCloud IoT platform. The client provides remote monitoring of the industrial production site environmental data and control of the site actuators via Web and mobile App.
