摘要
为了解决枣树开花坐果期环割耗时费力的问题,以单片机为主控单元设计了一种智能枣树自动环割控制系统,通过智能化控制实现对枣树的自动环割操作。该控制系统主要由STC12C5A60S2单片机、电源模块、按键输入模块、显示模块、智能传感器模块、报警模块及电机驱动模块组成。根据智能传感器的检测数据,由单片机控制电机完成枣树的自动环割。该系统的应用可大幅提高枣农的工作效率,也可以为其他果树自动环割机械的设计与应用提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of time-consuming and laborious girdling of jujube trees during flowering and fruit setting period,an intelligent automatic girdling control system for jujube trees was designed with single chip microcomputer as the main control unit,and the automatic girdling operation of jujube trees was realized through intelligent control.The control system was mainly composed of STC12C5A60S2 single chip microcomputer,power module,key input module,display module,intelligent sensor module,alarm module and motor drive module.According to the detection data of the intelligent sensor,the single chip microcomputer controlled the motor to complete the automatic girdling of jujube trees.The application of this system could greatly improve the working efficiency of jujube farmers,and also provide references for the design and application of automatic girdling machines for other fruit tree.
