1000 MW燃煤机组SCR脱硝系统变负荷特性试验研究 被引量:3

Experimental Study on Characteristics of SCR Denitration System of 1000 MW Coal⁃fired Unit Under Variable Load Conditions

摘要 随着光伏、风电等新能源大范围并网,燃煤机组调峰运行成为常态。燃煤机组不同负荷下对应不同的SCR入口烟气条件,SCR脱硝装置偏离设计工况运行,导致喷氨过量引起锅炉尾部设备积灰堵塞等一系列问题。以某1 000 MW燃煤机组SCR脱硝系统为研究对象,测试不同负荷下SCR反应器进口的烟气流场、温度场、NO_(x)浓度场和SCR反应器出口NO_(x)浓度场、氨逃逸等指标,得到不同负荷状态下SCR的运行特性。结果表明,不同负荷下SCR入口烟气流场、NO_(x)浓度场分布偏差较大,不同负荷应对应不同的喷氨支管手动阀开度;不同负荷下SCR入口烟气温度场分布规律接近,但烟温最大偏差均远超10℃的设计值,存在催化剂高温烧结、低温失活风险;不同负荷下SCR出口NO_(x)浓度场均匀性系数均超过20%,氨逃逸均超过3μL/L,需进行运行优化。 As new energy sources such as photovoltaics and wind power are connected to the grid on a large scale,the peak shaving operations of coal⁃fired power plants have become the norm.Corresponding to different SCR inlet flue gas conditions under variable load conditions,the operation of SCR denitration system deviates from the design condition,resulting in a series of problems such as excessive ammonia injection and fouling and clogging of the boiler tail equipment.Taking the SCR denitration device of a 1000 MW coal⁃fired unit as the research object,the flue gas flow field,temperature field,NO_(x) concentration field at the inlet of SCR reactor and NO_(x) concentration field and ammonia escape at the outlet of SCR reactor under different loads are tested,and the operating characteristics of SCR under different load conditions are obtained.The results show that the distribution deviation of flue gas flow field and NO_(x) concentration field at SCR inlet is significant under different loads,and different loads should correspond to different opening of manual valve of ammonia injection branch pipe.The distribution law of flue gas temperature field at SCR inlet under different loads is similar,but the maximum deviation of flue gas temperature is far more than 10℃,which has the risk of high⁃temperature sintering and low⁃temperature deactivation of catalyst.Under different loads,the uniformity coefficient of the NO_(x) concentration field at the outlet of the SCR exceeds 20%,and the ammonia escape exceeds 3μL/L,and operation optimization is required.
