摘要
基于选择性催化还原法(SCR)脱硝的控制原理,设计了喷氨量的控制策略。对与控制系统相关的烟气流量、氨流量测量中存在的问题进行了分析,对比分析了以脱硝效率为设定值的控制方式和以出口烟气NOx浓度为设定值的控制方式,提出了氨逃逸率控制方案,并通过对SCR脱硝控制系统的优化及其参数的整定,提高了控制系统的自动投入率。
On the basis of control theory of the selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitrification,control strategy for ammonia injection quantity was designed.Problems occurred during flow measurement of the flue gas and ammonia were analyzed.Moreover,comparison between the control mode regarding denitration efficiency as the set value and that using NOxconcentration at outlet of the SCR reactor as the set value was performed.Finally,the control scheme for ammonia escaping rate was presented,and by optimization on the SCR denitrification control system as well as the parameter regulation,the automatic input rate of the control system was improved.
