摘要
目的:研究不同盖髓材料在乳磨牙活髓切断术中的应用效果。方法:选择2020年6-12月新余市人民医院收治的96例拟接受乳磨牙活髓切断术的3~7岁儿童为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(48例,61牙)和对照组(48例,63牙)。对照组的盖髓材料为氢氧化钙,观察组的盖髓材料为生物陶瓷材料irootBP。比较术后1、3、6、12个月时两组的疗效和牙根吸收情况。结果:两组术后1、3个月时疗效和根尖吸收程度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后6、12个月时总有效率高于对照组,根尖吸收程度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生物陶瓷材料irootBP和氢氧化钙用于活髓切除术的短期疗效相当,但生物陶瓷材料irootBP的长期疗效更佳,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To study the application of different pulp capping materials in vital pulpotomy of deciduous molars.Method:From June to December 2020,a total of 96 children aged 3-7 years who planned to undergo pulpotomy of deciduous molars in Xinyu People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(48 cases,61 teeth)and the control group(48 cases,63 teeth).The capping material of the control group was calcium hydroxide,and the capping material of the observation group was bioceramics material irootBP.The efficacy and root resorption were compared between the two groups at 1,3,6 and 12 months after operation.Result:At 1 month and 3 months after surgery,there were no statistical differences in the efficacy and root apical absorption degree between the two groups(P>0.05).At 6 months and 12 months after surgery,the total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group while the root apical absorption degree was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bioceramic material irootBP and calcium hydroxide have similar short-term efficacy in vital pulpectomy,but bioceramic material irootBP has better long-term efficacy,thus it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
