摘要
目的分析氢氧化钙制剂在牙体牙髓疾病治疗中的临床应用效果。方法选择我院2017年11月至2018年11月收治的820例牙体牙髓疾病患者进行研究,随机把患者分为两组,各410例,对照组患者应用常规治疗,观察组患者应用氢氧化钙制剂治疗;对比两组患者治疗后的口腔健康和咀嚼评分,分析两组患者的治疗效果与治疗过程中的疼痛情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的口腔健康、咀嚼评分无差异;治疗后,应用氢氧化钙制剂患者的口腔健康、咀嚼评分比应用常规治疗的患者更高。应用氢氧化钙制剂患者的治疗效果(98.29%)高于应用常规治疗患者的治疗效果(91.95%)。应用常规治疗患者的疼痛情况(62.44%)比应用氢氧化钙制剂的患者(27.07%)更严重。结论氢氧化钙制剂能改善牙体牙髓疾病患者的口腔健康,提高咀嚼评分,治疗效果显著,有效减轻患者痛苦,具有较高临床推广价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of calcium hydroxide preparation in the treatment of dental pulp diseases.Methods Eight hundred and twenty patients with dental pulp diseases admitted in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,410 in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment and the patients in the observation group were treated with calcium hydroxide preparation.The oral health and mastication scores of the patients in the two groups were compared after treatment to analyze the treatment effect and pain in the treatment process.Results Before the treatment,there was no difference between the two groups in oral health and chewing scores;after the treatment,the oral health and chewing scores of patients with calcium hydroxide preparation were higher than those of patients with conventional treatment.The therapeutic effect of calcium hydroxide preparation(98.29%)was higher than that of conventional treatment(91.95%).The pain of patients treated with conventional therapy(62.44%)was more serious than that of patients treated with calcium hydroxide(27.07%).Conclusion Calcium hydroxide preparation can improve the oral health of patients with dental pulp disease,improve the mastication score,significantly reduce the pain of patients,and has a high clinical value.
