摘要
数字经济盛行,数字化转型赋能。在技术不断更新的时代背景下,未来企业应该怎样走才可以获得可持续发展成为必须研究的命题。数字化转型究竟能给企业带来什么?从数字化转型的研究现状入手,分析阐释数字化转型能够给企业发展带来新机遇、新工具和新的核心竞争力,从而深度赋能企业“新”发展。在当前新冠肺炎疫情的战“疫”大背景下,企业又怎样能够转“疫”为机,大力推动数字化变革创新进程?企业应明确企业数字化转型的战略定位,构建企业能力分析的新标准体系,并抓住数字化转型的自主权,努力在后疫情时代的“壮阔商海”中勇立潮头、扬帆致远。
Digital economy prevails, enabling digital transformation. What can enterprises do to achieve sustainable development in the future have become a topic that must be studied with evolving technologies. What can digital transformation bring to enterprises. The paper analyzes and explains that digital transformation can bring new opportunities, new tools and new core competitiveness to the development of enterprises with current research on digital transformation, in a bid to deeply enable the new development of enterprises. How can enterprises turn the epidemic into an opportunity to vigorously promote digital transformation and innovation. Enterprises should clearly define the strategic positioning of digital transformation of enterprises, build a new standard system for enterprise capability analysis, seize the autonomy of digital transformation, and strive to stay ahead of the tide in post-epidemic era.
