摘要
中医药文化深深植根于中国优秀传统文化这片沃土,不同时期的文化塑造了不同种类却不断完善的中医理论体系。推陈出新的儒家宋明理学思想,对金元明清时期中医学理论形成与实践都起到了至关重要的作用。相火论作为朱丹溪医学思想的理论基石,正是由理学思想中太极之理引出,太极动而生阳,静而生阴,世间万物及人的生命现象皆以动为常,而相火是生命的原动力。“相火之常”是指人体在生理状态下的相火,对机能活动起支持作用,“相火之变”是指人体在病理状态下,相火是一种妄动的状态,相火妄动就会煎灼真阴,导致阴虚火旺。相火论影响下的治疗思想包括在药物治疗上的滋阴降火法以及养心正志的精神修炼、神志摄养之法。
Chinese medicine culture is deeply rooted in the fertile soil of China's excellent traditional culture.The culture of different periods has shaped different kinds of Chinese medicine theory systems that are constantly improving.The Confucian Neo Confucianism of song and Ming Dynasties played a vital role in the formation and practice of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine in the Jin,yuan,Ming and Qing Dynasties.As the theoretical cornerstone of Zhu Danxi's medical thought,the theory of phase fire is precisely derived from the principle of Tai Chi in Neo Confucianism.Tai Chi generates Yang when it is moving,and generates Yin when it is static.All things in the world and human life phenomena are always moving,and phase fire is the motive force of life.“Constant phase fire”refers to the phase fire of the human body in the physiological state,which plays a supporting role in functional activities.“Change of phase fire”refers to the phase fire of the human body in the pathological state,which is a state of reckless movement.The phase fire will burn the true Yin and lead to yin deficiency and fire.The treatment thought under the influence of Xianghuo theory includes the method of nourishing yin and reducing fire in the medical treatment,the method of spiritual cultivation and the method of mental cultivation.
