摘要
沈舒文教授从事于中医学临床、教学及科研工作近50年余年,运用中医药辨证论治慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG),用药经验丰富,学术思想特色鲜明。通过跟师学习,受益良多,现将其临床经验与学术思想总结如下:沈舒文教授治疗CAG重视“脾胃气机升降”理论,以半夏泻心汤为主方,以“毒瘀交阻”理论为指导,临床精妙用药,合理使用角药,参考现代中药药理学研究成果,制方有道、搭配灵巧,临床治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果明显。
Professor Shen Shuwen has been engaged in clinical work,teaching,and scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine for nearly 50 years.He treats chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)according to the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,accumulating rich experience in medication and developing distinctive academic thoughts.In this study,we summarized his clinical experience and academic thoughts.To be specific,according to the theory of qi descending and ascending in stomach and spleen,Professor Shen Shuwen treats CAG and mainly uses the Banxia Xiexin Decoction.Aiding by the theory of“obstruction by toxin and stasis”,he excels in prescribing medicine,particularly the combination of three medicinals.With reference to research outcomes in modern Chinese medicine pharmacology,he develops prescriptions with rational use of medicinals which are effective for CAG.
