摘要
目的分析责任制小组分组护理模式对消化内科护理服务质量及患者满意度的影响。方法于2019年1月至2019年12月期间消化内科收治120例患者作为研究对象,根据护理方法不同分为两组,对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组给予责任制小组分组护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理服务质量各指标均高于对照组,观察组护理总满意率98.33%高于对照组78.33%,数据有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组出现1例投诉事件1.67%(1/60)明显低于对照组13.33%(8/60),两组数据有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组出现1例(1.67%,1/60)护理风险不良事件低于对照组15.00%(9/60),两组数据有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对于消化内科患者开展责任制小组分组护理模式可提升护理服务质量,创建和谐护患关系,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of the group-based nursing mode of the responsibility system on the quality of nursing services and patient satisfaction in gastroenterology.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,120 patients were treated as subjects in the department of gastroenterology.They were divided into two groups according to the nursing method.The control group was given the routine nursing mode.The observation group was given group-based nursing mode of the responsibility system.Compare the two groups of nursing effects.Results All indicators of nursing service quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group(98.33%)was higher than that in the control group(78.33%).The observation group had a complaint incident of 1.67%(1/60),which was significantly lower than the control group’s 13.33%(8/60).There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).One case(1.67%,1/60)of nursing risk adverse event in the observation group was,which was lower than 15.00%(9/60)in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out a group-based nursing mode of the responsibility system for patients with digestive medicine can improve the quality of nursing services and create a harmonious nurse-patient relationship,which is worth promoting.
