摘要
目的评价在双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者中心理联合认知干预的效果。方法选择2019年3月至2021年6月收治的双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者86例,随机分成两组(A组和B组),A组43例接受常规护理,B组43例接受心理干预+认知干预,比较两组的认知功能、症状评分、治疗效果。结果A组护理后的智商评分、操作智商评分、言语智商评分低于B组护理后,组间数据差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;A组护理后的记忆商数评分、瞬时记忆评分、短时记忆评分、长时记忆评分低于B组护理后,组间数据差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;A组护理后的症状评分高于B组护理后,组间数据差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;A组治疗总有效率低于B组,组间数据差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论给予双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者心理干预联合认知干预可显著提高其认知功能,改善临床症状,提高治疗效果。
Objective To evaluate the effect of combined psychological and cognitive intervention on bipolar affective disorder patients with manic episodes.Methods A total of 86 bipolar affective disorder patients with manic episodes between March 2019 and June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups(group A and group B),43 patients in group A received routine nursing,and 43 patients in group B received psychological intervention combined with cognitive intervention.The cognitive function,symptom score and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the IQ scores,operational IQ scores and verbal IQ scores of group A were lower than those of group B,and the difference in data was statistically significant,P<0.05.After nursing,the memory quotient score,instantaneous memory score,short-term memory score,and long-term memory score of group A were lower than those of group B,and the difference in data was statistically significant,P<0.05.After nursing,the symptom score of group A was higher than that of group B,and the difference in data was statistically significant,P<0.05.The total effective rate of treatment in group A was lower than that in group B,and the difference in data was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with cognitive intervention on bipolar affective disorder patients with manic episodes can significantly improve their cognitive function,significantly improve symptoms and improve treatment effect.
