摘要
目的分析喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗双相情感障碍患者的治疗效果。方法选取2019年4月-2020年4月广东省茂名市第三人民医院接收的120例双相情感障碍患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同,将其分成两组,均采取常规措施进行治疗,其中前60例患者单独采取丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗,并设为常规组,后60例患者应用喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗,并设为研究组,观察两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率、生活质量及HAMD、HAMA评分情况。结果经研究结果对比,研究组的治疗有效率为(93.33%),对比常规组(80.00%)更高(P<0.05);治疗前,二者在HAMD评分对比上无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的HAMD分数更低(P<0.05);研究组经治疗后的不良反应率为(8.33%),相对更少(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组HAMA/HAMD分数对比(P>0.05),但是,与治疗前对比,治疗后研究组HAMA/HAMD分数优于常规组(P<0.05);两组患者接受治疗前,生活质量分数(P>0.05),但是,治疗后2周、4周、6周后的研究组生活质量明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对双相情感障碍患者采用喹硫平和丙戊酸镁缓释片联合治疗后的效果显著,具有较高的安全性,值得被临床应用。
Objective To analyze curative effect of quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets in treatment of bipolar disorder.Methods The paper chose 120 patients with bipolar disorder received in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 as research objects,and divided them into two groups and treated with routine measures according to different treatment methods.The first 60 cases in routine group were treated with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets only,last 60 cases in study group with quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets.Treatment effect,incidence of adverse reactions,life quality,HAMD and HAMA scores of two groups were observed.Results Compartive study showed,effective rate of study group was 93.33%,higher than routine group(80.00),P<0.05;before treatment,there was no significant difference in HAMD scores between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,HAMD scores of study group were lower(P<0.05);adverse reaction rate of study group after treatment was(8.33%),relatively lower(P<0.05).Before treatment,HAMA/HAMD scores of two groups comparison showed P>0.05,but after treatment,HAMA/HAMD scores of study group were better than routine group(P<0.05);life quality scores of two groups before treatment showed P>0.05,but the those of study group 2,4 and 6 weeks after treatment were significantly higher than routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of quetiapine and magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets can achieve significant effect for patients with bipolar disorder with high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
