摘要
绩效管理是实现医院可持续发展的重要手段,员工绩效考核指标体系是衡量医院人员工作绩效的标准,也是医院绩效管理体系的核心所在。科学的绩效考核能有效提高人力资源管理水平,引导员工不断改进自己的工作行为,激励员工提高工作效能,发挥主观能动性,创造更多的经济效益和社会效益。文章以绩效考核的工作理论为切入点,分析绩效考核在医院人力资源管理中的作用,并对当下医院人力资源管理中绩效考核存在的问题进行探讨,阐述了提高人力资源管理水平的应对策略及相应注意事项。
Performance management is an important means to realize the sustainable development of the hospital.The staff performance appraisal index system is the standard for measuring the work performance of hospital staff,and it is also the core of the hospital performance management system.Scientific performance appraisal can effectively improve the level of human resources management,guide employees to continuously improve their work behavior,motivate employees to improve work efficiency,give full play to their subjective initiative,and create more economic and social benefits.This article takes the work theory of performance appraisal as the breakthrough point,analyzes the role of performance appraisal in hospital human resources management,it also discusses the problems existing in performance appraisal in the current hospital human resources management,and expounds the coping strategies and corresponding precautions to improve the human resources management level.
