破壁灵芝孢子粉综合品质评价模型的构建 被引量:3

Construction of Comprehensive Quality Evaluation Model for Wall-Broken Ganoderma Lucidum Spores Powder from Different Regions

摘要 为构建不同产地破壁灵芝孢子粉综合品质评价模型,该研究收集了我国四大灵芝主产区的破壁灵芝孢子粉,对其水分、灰分、破壁率、L值、a值、b值、脂肪、三萜类、多糖和脂肪酸等15个感官理化指标进行综合分析。首先采用SPSS统计软件对所得数据进行相关性分析(CA)和主成分分析(PCA),筛选出6个评价核心指标为水分、灰分、破壁率、L值、多糖和亚油酸。然后运用层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标权重,计算各产地破壁灵芝孢子粉综合得分并排名。结果表明,吉林长白山地区破壁灵芝孢子粉品质相对最佳,而来自于同一产区的破壁灵芝孢子粉综合品质亦存在较大的差异。该方法不仅对破壁灵芝孢子粉综合品质评价提供了依据,同时可辅助市场上破壁灵芝孢子粉的溯源鉴别,促进破壁灵芝孢子粉产业的高品质发展。 In order to build the comprehensive quality evaluation model for wall-broken Ganoderma lucidum spores powder from different production regions,the wall-broken Ganoderma lucidum spores powders were collected from four major agricultural regions of China.The water,ash,wall breaking rate,L,a,b,fat,triterpines,polysaccharides and fatty acids were determined in this test.The data were analyzed by correlation analysis(CA)and principal component analysis(PCA)based on statistical analysis software(SPSS).The key indexes including water,ash,wall breaking rate,L,polysaccharides and linoleic acid were selected.Then the weight of different indexes related to the wall-broken Ganoderma lucidum spores powder quality and overall ranking were obtained by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The result showed the quality of wall-broken Ganoderma lucidum spores powders from Changbai mountain of Jilin were the best among the four regions.Besides,this research illustrated relatively large difference of wall-broken Ganoderma lucidum spores powder was existed in same regions.This study provided a scientific basis and reference for the comprehensive quality evaluation and the identification of source for wall-broken Ganoderma lucidum spores powder in market,which promote the high quality development of wall-broken Ganoderma lucidum spores powder industry.
