摘要
目的在COPD不同表型患者中,探究FeNO的临床检测价值。方法病例组来源于在本院就诊的COPD急性加重期患者90例,以外周血EOS%2%为临界值,分为嗜酸性粒细胞表型组和非嗜酸性粒细胞表型组。分别比较其COPD在不同表型患者中的FeNO与各临床指标之间的关系。结果在COPD急性加重期患者中,嗜酸性粒细胞表型组患者FeNO水平高于非嗜酸性粒细胞表型组患者(P<0.05)。在嗜酸性粒细胞表型组中,其FeNO水平与外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分比水平具有呈正相关性(r=0.36,P<0.05);与非嗜酸性粒细胞表型患者比较,嗜酸性粒细胞表型患者住院平均天数短,激素用量相对较少(P<0.05)。结论FeNO与外周血EOS%可互相结合用于评估COPD急性加重期患者的嗜酸性粒细胞性炎症水平,并指导临床激素、单克隆抗体的治疗。
Objective In patients with different chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)phenotypes,explored the value of FeNO.Methods The data of 90 cases patients with acute exacerbation COPD in our hospital were enrolled.All patients were divided into eosinophilic group(≥2%)or non-eosinophilic group(<2%)based on the peripheral eosinophil count percentage.The relationship between FeNO and clinical indicators in patients with different COPD phenotypes was compared.Results In the AECOPD group,the FeNO level in the eosinophilic group were higher than the non-eosinophilic group(P<0.05).In the eosinophilic group of AECOPD patients,there was positive correlation between FeNO levels and EOS%(r=0.36,P<0.05).Compared with the non-eosinophilic group,the length of stay and systemic corticosteroid usage were less in AECOPD eosinophilic groups.Conclusions FeNO levels and EOS%can be used to evaluate the level of eosinophilic inflammation in AECOPD,and guide the treatment of clinical hormone and monoclonal antibodies.
