摘要
目的研究智慧后勤建设的内容、形式和方法,提升后勤科学管理水平。方法采用系统方法学,从信息平台功能集成建设入手,系统研究分析智慧后勤信息平台的不同层次、技术架构,总结分析智慧后勤建设带来的主要成效和价值。结果明晰了一体化智慧后勤建设的形式、概念和技术应用特点,以及智慧后勤相关应用系统的主要功能、内容和实现价值,医院设施报修率下降了85.9%,后勤服务满意度达到了96.81%,比实施前提高了21个百分点。结论智慧后勤建设内容丰富,基于医院智慧后勤一体化信息平台及各类专业子平台分阶段推进后勤信息化系统部署,能够实现后勤管理、后勤服务、机电管控和安全管理的集成化、能源使用的精细化和后勤运营的智能化,实现基于后勤大数据的决策支持。
Objective To study the content,form and method of smart logistics construction and improve the level of scientific management of hospital logistics.Methods Starting from the functional integration of information platform,systematic methodology is adopted to systematically research and analyze the different levels and technical structures of the smart logistics information platform,and summarize and analyze the main results and values brought by the construction of smart logistics.Results It clarifies the form,concept and technical application characteristics of the integrated smart logistics construction,as well as the main functions,contents and realized value of the smart logistics related application system.The repair rate of hospital facilities has dropped by 85.9%,and the satisfaction rate of logistics service has reached 96.81%,which is 21 percentage points higher than that before the implementation.Conclusion The smart logistics construction is rich in content.Based on the hospital smart logistics integrated information platform and various professional sub-platforms,the logistics information system deployment is promoted in stages,which can realize the integration of logistics management,logistics services,electromechanical control and safety management,and refinement of energy use.It can realize the decision support based on logistics big data.
