摘要
工业是推动经济社会健康发展的核心产业支撑,当前,新一轮科技革命和产业变革蓄势待发,国际国内经济形势严峻复杂,灰犀牛、黑天鹅事件频出,高质量发展任重道远,又对各地推动工业经济发展提出了新的更高要求。本文通过对总体处于工业化中期,工业经济发展水平大致与全国平均水平相当的江苏省淮安市制造业高质量发展现状、存在不足的细致分析,对我国相关城市推动制造业高质量发展、筑牢城市建设产业支撑提出了对策和建议。
Industry is the core industry support to promote the healthy development of economy and society.At present,a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform is ready to take place.The international and domestic economic situation is severe and complex.The events of grey rhinoceros and black swan occur frequently.High quality development has a long way to go,and new and higher requirements are put forward to promote the development of industrial economy everywhere.Based on the detailed analysis of the current situation and shortcomings of the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry in Huai'an City,Jiangsu Province,which is generally in the middle stage of industrialization and the level of industrial economic development is roughly equivalent to the national average level,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the relevant cities in China to promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry and strengthen the support of the urban construction industry.
