摘要
当前随着广西河池市宜州区农业产业结构调整力度不断加大,肉牛产业得到了迅猛发展,再加上地方政府部门的扶持力度增强,规模化养牛场不断增加,很多养殖户通过肉牛养殖实现脱贫致富。育肥牛养殖因为养殖周期短,经济效益高而受到了养殖户的青睐,但在养殖管理过程中,不管是技术层面还是管理层面,都存在着一定的问题,主要表现为优质品种覆盖率相对较低,养殖技术相对较为落后,养殖户缺乏专业知识,肉牛增重缓慢,养殖效效益不显著,需要构建科学的养殖管理方案,引导养殖户转变传统认知,提高养殖水平,为推动肉牛产业持续健康发展奠定坚实基础。
At present,with the increasing adjustment of agricultural industrial structure in Yizhou District,Hechi City,Guangxi,the beef cattle industry has developed rapidly.In addition,the support of local government departments has been strengthened,and the number of large-scale cattle farms has been increasing.Many farmers have extricated themselves from poverty and become rich through beef cattle breeding.Fattening cattle breeding is favored by farmers because of its short breeding cycle and high economic benefits.However,there are some problems in the process of breeding management,both at the technical and management levels,mainly manifested in the relatively low coverage of high-quality varieties,relatively backward breeding technology,lack of professional knowledge,slow weight gain of beef cattle,and insignificant breeding benefits,Therefore,we need to build a scientific breeding management plan,guide farmers to change their traditional cognition,improve the breeding level,and lay a solid foundation for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of beef cattle industry.
