考虑电力碳强度约束的主配协同可开放容量在线计算 被引量:5

摘要 可开放容量是配电网规划、建设、安全稳定运行的重要数据指标之一。针对当前可开放容量计算方式简单的现状,基于主配网协同,通过调控云发输变配“电网一张图”,将配电网与主网相结合,扩大了可开放容量计算范围。考虑变电站站外配电变压器和输电线路,利用配电网实时量测数据与用采数据,填补配电变压器数据缺失的不足,将站外配电变压器纳入可开放容量计算。同时,在“双碳”背景下,计算配电网输入碳量和电力碳强度,将配电网低碳运行的需求作为约束条件纳入可开放容量计算当中,重构低碳场景下可开放容量计算方法。应用结果表明,新方法有利于精准预测地区电网可开放容量能力,为变电站站内主变压器以及配电网线路扩容规划提供数据支撑,在保障配电网安全稳定和低碳运行的情况下充分挖掘电网供电能力,实现电网绿色、低碳、优质、高效运行。 Open capacity evaluation is one of the important data indicators for the planning,construction,safe and stable operation of distribution networks.Aiming at the current simple situation of the open capacity evaluation method,based on the coordination of the transmission and distribution network,through the research results from a map grid,this paper combines the distribution network with the main network to expand the calculation scope of the open capacity evaluation.Considering the distribution network transformer outside the substation and the transmission network line structure,using the distribution network real-time measurement and utilization data to fill the lack of distribution network transformer data,inserting the transformer of the off-site distribution network into the calculation of the open capacity.At the same time,in the context of"dual carbon",the input carbon amount and electricity carbon intensity of the distribution network are calculated,and the demand for low-carbon operation of the distribution network is incorporated into the calculation of open capacity as a constraint condition,this paper reconstruct the calculation method of open capacity in low-carbon scenarios.The case study results show that the new method is conducive to accurately grasping the existing power grid load,and provides basic data support for the expansion planning of the main transformer in the substation and the distribution network line.Under the condition of ensuring the safety,stability,and low-carbon operation of the distribution network,the power supply capacity of the distribution network is fully exploited,and the lean and efficient operation of the power grid is realized.
