伟大建党精神蕴含着理想信念功能、核心价值导向功能、高尚人格塑造功能、家国情怀涵养功能,能够引领青年坚定理想信念,激发青年肩负初心使命,强化青年甘于奉献意识。伟大建党精神的育人功能可通过发挥高校教育主阵地作用,夯实理论基础;发挥融媒体沉浸式教化作用,增强情感互动;强化各方协同配合作用,凝聚整体合力实现。
The great founding spirit of the Party contains the founction of strengthening ideals and beliefs,the function of cultivating guiding core values,the function of shaping noble personality,and the function of cultivating the feelings of family and country,which can lead young people to strengthen their ideals and beliefs,inspire young people to shoulder their original mission,and enhance their sense of dedication.The educational function of the great founding spirit of the Party can be achieved by giving play to the role of the main front of education in colleges and universities,which helps to consolidate the theoretical foundation;by giving play to the role of media immersion,which helps to enhance emotional interaction;and by strengthening the synergy of all parties and condensing the overall synergy.
