摘要
乡村振兴不仅是时代发展的需要,更是我国社会进一步发展的必经之路。现阶段农村地区作为我国经济发展重点关注的区域,在资金投入与人才引进方面都是重要的问题。当代大学生不仅具备丰富的理论知识,还具备开拓的创新思维,引导大学生返乡创业就业,可以在很大程度上促进乡村振兴战略的稳步实施。该文通过分析乡村振兴背景下大学生返乡创业就业的重要意义,以及大学生返乡创业就业存在的问题,提出几点解决大学生返乡创业就业的相关途径与策略。
Rural revitalization is not only the need of the development of the times, but also the only way for the further development of our society. At present, as the focus of China’s economic development, rural areas are important issues in terms of capital investment and talent introduction. Contemporary college students not only have rich theoretical knowledge,but also have pioneering and innovative thinking to guide them to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship and employment, which can promote the steady implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization to a great extent. Based on the analysis of the significance of college students returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurial employment in the context of rural revitalization and the existing problems, this paper puts forward several ways and strategies of solving the problem of college students returning to hometowns for entrepreneurial employment.
