摘要
积极引导并促使大学生返乡顺利就业,是西部地区巩固脱贫攻坚成果,深入推进乡村振兴战略的重要途径。然而在个体自身能力、就业观念和就业现实需求不够契合、家庭支持不足、高校就业帮扶精准性有待提升、地区优质就业服务资源不足和风俗传统束缚等的影响下,部分返乡大学生未能顺利就业。需要通过积极引导返乡未就业大学调整就业观念、进一步提升高校的就业帮扶质量、完善大学生就业的社会保障体系、继续健全完善大学生就业政策、着力提升返乡未就业大学生的就业能力、多举措拓宽返乡未就业大学生就业渠道帮助其稳定就业。
It is an important way for the western region to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and further promote the rural revitalization strategy by actively guiding and promoting college students to return to their hometowns for employment.However,under the influence of the individual’s own ability,employment concept and actual employment needs,insufficient family support,the accuracy of employment assistance in colleges and universities to be improved,the shortage of high-quality employment service resources in the region and the constraints of customs and traditions,some returning college students fail to find jobs smoothly.It is necessary to actively guide the returning unemployed universities to adjust their employment concept,further improve the quality of employment assistance;improve the social security system for college students’employment continue to improve the employment policy of college students,focus on improving the employability of returning unemployed college students and take many measures to broaden the employment channels of returning unemployed college students to help them stabilize their employment.
