摘要
通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析桑叶提取物与暴马丁香叶提取物的化学组分,利用DPPH自由基法对干桑叶提取物(GSW和干暴马丁香叶提取物(GBW)及其混配后的提取物进行分析,对比研究其抗氧化能力。GSW的GC-MS分析结果表明2,2-二甲氧基丁烷,GC含量最高(70.98%)。GSW和GBW及其混配后的提取物对DPPH自由基均有较强的清除能力,清除率均高于50%,且GSW与GBW在体积分数1︰1的比例下混配时抗氧化活性最强,清除率为90.20%。
The chemical components of Morus alba leaf extract and Syringa reticulata var. amurensis leaf extract were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The dry Morus alba leaf extract(GSW) and Syringa reticulata var. amurensis leaf extract(GBW) and their mixed extracts were analyzed by DPPH free radical method, and their anti-oxidation ability was compared. The GC-MS analysis of GSW showed that the GC content of 2,2-dimethoxybutane was the highest(70.98 %). GSW, GBW and their mixed extracts have strong scavenging capacity for DPPH free radicals, and the scavenging rates are higher than 50 %.When GSW and GBW are mixed in the ratio of volume fraction 1︰1, the antioxidant activity is the strongest, and the scavenging rate is 90.20 %.
