基于分子结构改性聚酰亚胺溶解性的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 传统聚酰亚胺(PI)加工成型难制约了PI材料朝细分化、多元化和定制化方向的发展,如何提高PI材料熔融、溶解性是PI改性研究的重要方向之一。从PI分子结构设计、合成及改性角度出发,综述了不同分子结构改性PI溶解性的研究进展,介绍了引入柔性结构单元、大侧基、扭曲非共平面结构等改性PI的效果和优缺点,分析比较了这些分子结构设计、合成改性PI的原理和优点,提出了未来可深入研究结合多种分子设计思路改性PI、引入半脂肪/半脂环族结构改性PI、开发新型超支化PI的发展方向。 Traditional polyimide(PI) processing is difficult to restrict the development of PI materials towards fine differentiation,diversification and customization.How to improve the melting and solubility of PI materials is one of the important directions of PI modification research.From the perspective of molecular structure design,synthesis and modification of PI,the research progress of solubility of PI modified by different molecular structures was reviewed.The effects,advantages and disadvantages of PI modified by flexible structural units,large side groups and distorted non-coplanar structures were introduced.The principles and advantages of these molecular structure design and synthesis of modified PI were analyzed and compared.The future development directions of modified PI combined with various molecular design ideas,semi-fat/semi-fat ring structure and new hyperbranched PI were proposed.
